Thanks for the heads up on Mondos beach. I may have been there, but not sure. Is it the one that says "nudity prohibited" on the top of the hill and then you walk down? If so, it sure is gorgeous there. I will keep my eyes out. I am a newbie to California, so I am slowly learning all of the beaches. Do you guys go to Mondos on certain days where my friend and I might be able to meet up some time? Or are the folks on this website generally in a certain area hangin out? Mostly lookin for some beginners to learn with and intermediates to get pointers from eventually.... thanks again!

Why Do We Surf?
I borrowed this from the Skateboard Moms and thought it was pretty applicable to surfing too!
