About Me:: I love the ocean and learn to surf about a year ago. I have a poodle mix named Chuco. While I surf he likes to chase birds on the beach hoping one day would catch one with this toothless mouth. I love to hung out with the Santa Barbara Surf Girls; they are an inspirational group of women ready to take on the challenge of the surfing day.

Surf Status:: Beginner

Favorite Surf Spots:: Mondos, baby !. . . I can drop in and people won't get mad (i don't do it on purpose)
Santa Claus Lane . . . good place to learn and not far from SB
Poles . . . right next to Campus Point . . . easy to cacth waves
Campus Point . . . if you feeling like a pro go for it
Rincon . . . I surfed there when there was no people . . . nice!

It's amazing how the waves were yesterday and today in Santa Barbara. Compare to summer it could be a different place if you didn't know Santa Barbara . . . I have fun going to Rincon to shoot some rad surfers . . . most of them were not catching waves and hagging waiting for their turn . . . There was a couple of girls (yeah for the girls!) and one kid (I am not sure what happen to him) . . . Summer is here and the beach is packed

Fredrik and I decided to go to Mondos last minute on Sunday for a little surfing. We dragged Mallika with us and my mom (no, she doesn't surf). So, we jumped in the clown car (just because is a Honda and we like to carpool) and headed for our surfing spot. We knew it was going to be crowded, but we never imagined this.
