- About Me:
- I'm a beginner! Yay! I grew up rafting and body surfing at the south jersey beaches in Avalon and Stone Harbor. Every summer I would jealously look at those surfer and skater boys, but I never took the initiatve for some reason to try to surf. Well, now my lifelong dream is starting and I'm happy to be living in Carpinteria and life is good! I've already met some great gals from SB Surfgrls, and I'm always waiting for the weekend to come so I can get out there and go.

- So far, my tiny tour up and down 101 has taken me to Santa Claus Lane, Refugio,Mondos, Ledbetter, Rincon, and Hobson?- right off the seacliff exit at that campgroud.

Where to begin?
This is as good a place as any.... I still can count my "learning to surf round 2" sessions on 2 hands. Actually I only have one more to go to make it to ten, too bad I broke my fin off, now its waiting to get fixed. I think I will use this blog as a diary of my sessions and progress, that said, I'll wait until later to actually start.
