Raw Food, E3Live, and Living in the Moment

I am having so much fun with eating RAW (I had to take a picture of my scrumptious salad!), with practicing LIVING IN THE MOMENT, and with a new product in my toolbox: E3LIVE.

E3Live is a fresh water algae (Aphanizomenon flos-acquae or AFA) harvested from Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon. It has 3-5 times more chlorophyll than wheatgrass, 80% usable protein, is rich in vitamins, especially B-12 & B-6, has abundant enzymes, minerals, and Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. One can explore it further, but there have been amazing results with athletes, people who are depressed, autism, anti-aging, energy, and the like!
I just started it yesterday, and will keep you posted!

I am playing with being in the moment, and the idea that being fully engaged in each moment will launch the perfect next thing. It is the paradox of the more you enjoy where you are at, the more you get to where you want to go.

This was in the Patagonia catalog about climbing, but it fits for life:

"The more you know, the less you need. And the less you take, the faster you climb."

8 Crop Circle

This 8 crop circle appeared in Wiltshire, England on August 8th (8-8-8)!

What I have read of the energies of 8-8-8 is that Christ consciousness was anchored, NOW moments are experienced for longer times, and that we are free of all 3D blocks!

It is a time of INFINITE POSSIBILITY, and manifestations are easier! Yay!

Ascension & Divine Feminine

I am basking in the Divine feminine and "being" energies. It even feels wierd to drive a car. (I felt like Tinkerbell in a tank!)
It seems as we get lighter and less dense, the density of the world can feel intense.

Driving, surfing, even Bikram yoga feels too yang right now. Interesting times. I have had this before, so have faith that I will feel more in sync with the world again.

Meanwhile, it feels great to rest, listen to music, be in the garden, walk, and do a gentle home practice of yoga.

Free Hugs Campaign. (music by Sick Puppies.net album out)

Sometimes, a hug is all what we need. Free hugs is a real life controversial story of Juan Mann, A man whos sole mission was to reach out and hug a stranger to brighten up their lives.

In this age of social disconnectivity and lack of human contact, the effects of the Free Hugs campaign became phenomenal.

In the Spirit of the free hugs campaign, PASS THIS TO A FRIEND and HUG A STRANGER! After all, If you can reach just one person...

Ideas & Recommendations

Here are some great things I have discovered and enjoyed recently!

1. "The Diving Bell & the Butterfly" DVD

I never saw this in the theater and recently rented it on Netflix. Wow. What an incredibly beautiful movie. Julian Schnabel, who directed it, is a painter and truly a renaissance man.

If you do not know the story, it is the true story of Jean-Dominique Bauby, the editor of french Elle, who had a massive stroke and could not move his body or speak.
He dictated the book using an eyeblink for "yes" or "no" based on the letters asked.

The movie starts out with the viewer looking out as Jean-Dominique as the doctors speak with him, which sets the tone and makes you fully present. Awesome. If you have not seen it, rent it!

2. Jumping on a trampoline or rebounder (mini-trampoline)

It is a great feeling, but also one of the best exercises! It is great for toning, circulation, and carrying the lymph fluid through the body more efficiently.

According to Mike Nash in his book, Aggressive Health, "The lymph ducts expand during rebounding and the increased lymph flow flushes more toxins through your lymphatic system."

Natalia Rose, in her book, The Raw Food Detox Diet says that "rebounding literally squeezes the waste matter from our cells as we bounce effortlessly for just a short time."

3. "In one hour enough sunlight strikes the Earth to provide the entire planet's energy needs for one year."
